Wilson “Bubba” Joiner is a partner in Draffin & Tucker's healthcare practice, and began his experience in public accounting in 1993. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting from the University of Georgia. He has gained extensive experience auditing non-profit healthcare entities, preparing Medicare and Medicaid Cost Reports, and various other program reimbursement projects.

Bubba is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia and Florida chapters of Healthcare Financial Management Association, and the Florida Hospital Association.
